Obituary for Judy Kucharski (Johnson)
Judy Johnson Kucharski, 75, of Erie, passed away peacefully Saturday January 28, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Erie on June 6, 1947 a daughter of the late Lawrence and Ruth Sicily Johnson.
Judy graduated from Academy High School and worked at K-Mart and Quality Markets as a cashier. She was a member of Grandview Alliance Church and enjoyed being a band parent, traveling, taking pictures, shopping, and anything tropical.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Carolee Goetz.
Survivors include her husband, Donald M. Kucharski; two sons, Jason Kucharski (Amanda) of Erie and Derek Kucharski (Billy Jo) of Pittsburgh; five grandchildren, Savannah, Kirsten, Tiffany, Zeb, and Zara; one sister, Maralee Augustine (Louis) of Erie; two brothers, Gary Minor (Carol) of Florida and Milton Minor (Rosemarie) of New York; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services and burial were private. Funeral arrangements were made by the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, 16504.
