Obituary for Adeline Zingelewicz (Kloszewski)

Adeline Kloszewski Zingelewicz, 95, of Erie, passed away peacefully on Monday November 22, 2021 at Independence Court. She was born in Erie on October 3, 1926 a daughter of the late John and Magdelena Arciszewska Kloszewski.

Adeline attended Academy High School and was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen "Steff" Zingelewicz; one daughter in infancy; two sisters, Helen Golembiewski and Stella Patalon; and five brothers, John, Marion, George, Edward, and Joseph Kloszewski.

Survivors include one son, Stephen Zingelewicz and his wife, Cheryl, of Erie; two daughters, Sharon Burkell and her husband, Paul, of Erie and Michelle Marcon and her husband, David, of Phoenix; seven grandchildren, Stephanie Flanagan (William), John Burkell (Robin), Renae Stoddard, Stephen Zingelewicz (Virginia), and Olivia, Ian, and Isabelle Marcon; five great grandchildren, Macy and Morgan Stoddard, Brendan and Katherine Flanagan, and Allie Zingelewicz; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services and entombment will be private for the family. Funeral arrangements were made by the RUSSELL C. SCHMIDT & SON FUNERAL HOME INC., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, 16504.

The family would like to thank the staff at Independence Court and UPMC Family Hospice for the wonderful care they gave Adeline.
