Obituary for Timothy J. Allgeier
Timothy J. Allgeier, 66, of Greene Township, went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday November 10, 2021 at St. Vincent Health Center. He was born in Erie on May 25, 1955 a son of the late Richard F. and Helen Biebel Allgeier.
Tim graduated from Wattsburg High School and retired from Erie Coke Corporation as a maintenance electrician foreman after 42 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church in North East and enjoyed the outdoors; hunting, fishing, and gardening. He could fix anything and was known as a jack of all trades.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his nephew, Matthew Fuhrman, and his niece, Kayla Allgeier Carlson.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Darlene Nick Allgeier; his three children, Wynonah Bates (David) of Minnesota, Adam Allgeier, (Lindsey) of Erie, and Tabetha Fenton (Rog) of Girard; four grandchildren, Aiden, Conor, Jonah, and Isaiah Timothy; six brothers; three sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, funeral services and burial will be private for the family. Funeral arrangements were made by the RUSSELL C. SCHMIDT & SON FUNERAL HOME INC., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, 16504.
