Obituary for Kevin M. Varich
Kevin M. Varich, 60, of Erie, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at UPMC Hamot. He was born in Erie on December 3, 1960 to the late Mildred L. Varich.
Kevin attended Tech Memorial High School. He also took Adult Literacy Classes at Gertrude Barber Center and Stairway Classes.
He enjoyed playing Candy Crush. He was an active member at St. Peter’s Cathedral and loved helping them in any way he could.
He is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Millie Iannotti and Ranbow Varich; and a uncle, George W. Varich.
Survivors include a brother, Eugene Hartstein and his wife Dawn of Erie; a sister, Theresa Raucci and her husband Pete of Erie; a uncle, Grant Varich and his wife Connie of Jacksonville, IL; two godchildren whom were his niece and nephew, Rachel and Justin Richards of Erie; a special friend, Linda Yaple of Erie; and his S.L.S. Family.
Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
