I want to send my condolences, thoughts and prayers to the Dougherty family. I am deeply sadden for the news and sorry I wasn't able to make it to the viewings tonight. I wish I could really be there. Bill was a great guy and whenever I saw him he always have a glowing smile. Back in 2001 was when I first met bill and the family while coaching his son Dave on a youth basketball team for St Francis Xavier church and can say that his family was something special. You will be dearly missed by all.
