Condolence From: Alice Thomas
Condolence: As a young staff member at Eliada, I was so impressed with Aunt Ruth. Although she had many disabilities, she was more active than people half her age, and always had a kind word or work for those around her. She grew to be a good friend. She was an inspiration to me, a real example of Christ's love in action. Never a complaint, always ready to share with and love others. We shared many wonderful times together. We will miss our annual Christmas party with her. It grew out of her service to a disabled friend with no family and over the years dwindled down to a small pizza party with decorations and gifts for just her in her small room at the assisted living center. Yet she always had a gift for us! Always thinking of others. A very special lady!

Condolence: Ms. Thompson was such a blessing to our family. We enjoyed spending time with her and the times we were able to take her to church.

Condolence: When I think of Aunt Ruth, I think of love. She was a wonderful example of Christ as she put others ahead of herself. She was my youngest brother's kindergarten teacher and leader of Pioneer Girls for my sisters and me. She was a tough taskmaster when it came to job supervision. Let me explain. All of us at Eliada had assignments to do after school and on Saturday. My assignment was to clean the first floor of the Main Building. The hall had tile floors, two sets of stairs, and two restrooms. On Saturdays, Aunt Ruth checked my work with white gloves. I learned how important it was to do a job right the first time...or I could do it again. Even when having me repeat work, she was kind in her firmness.
God bless her memory. God grant the family comfort in their loss. Looking forward to joining her in heaven one day.

Condolence: Auth Ruth was one of the best staff members at Eliada. She used to lead the Poineer Girls and toons us on many adventures. My two favorites was hobo night when we eat pork and beans out of a can in the tractor barn where we spent the night and every year we watched Rudolph up in the main building where we also spent the night. I also took care of her Africa Violets each year when she went on vacation.
Know that she touched many kids lives at Eliada and she was loved. She will be missed
Prayers for you and your family

Condolence: Dear Thompson family,
Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. Revelation 21:3,4 says- “With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Soon Jehovah God will eliminate all that causes us pain and suffering. And we have the prospect of living in a paradise earth with our family members that are alive and those who have passed away. We can be absolutely sure about this promise.
