Paul R. McMann, 90, of Saegertown, passed away following a brief illness on Wednesday July 25, 2018 at Meadville Medical Center. He was born in Erie on May 1, 1928 a son of the late Forest and Georgianna Scott McMann.

Paul delivered the Erie newspaper and owned the ARCO gas station with his wife for many years. Following retirement, he was a driver for the Samaritan House. He was a member of the Erie County Domicidal Care Council and a life member of the NRA. He also belonged to the Harborcreek AARP and the Erie and Saegertown TOPS Clubs. He was an avid photographer.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Inezmarie Hites McMann; one grandson, Andy Konen; and two brothers, Joseph and Scott McMann.

Survivors include two sons, Roger McMann and his wife, Carole, of Saegertown and Timothy McMann and his wife, Jacki, of Erie; three daughters, Ginny Konen and her husband, Kevin, of Waterford, Pamela Marshall and her husband, Mark, of Cincinnati, OH, and Samantha Stephens and her husband, Matt of Meadville; 11 grandchildren, Sean (Karena), Joy (John), Jason (Elizabeth), Sandy (David), Jenny, Justin, April (Mike), Lisa, Arin, Jodi (Brian), Randy (Ashley), and Kelley; 21 great grandchildren, Scott, Garrick, Gabriel, Graclyn, Graiham, James, Madison, Toby, Ian, Elise, Addie, Nehem, Zeke, Brie, Nathan (Jordan), Abigayle, Emily, Jake (Chelsey), Becca, Maiah, Mattie, Colton, and Blake; his friend, Sally Potts of Meadville; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until the time of services there at 7 p.m.. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in Saegertown Cemetery.
