Beatrice "Bebe" Gallo, 88, of Erie, passed away at Brevillier Village on Thursday, May 24, 2018. She was born in Putneyville, PA on March 15, 1930 a daughter of the late Mont and Iva Doverspike.

She had worked as a Human Resource Manager at St. Vincent Health Center for over 25 years and for many years as a volunteer there. Bea was well respected due to her positive attitude and kindness to everyone she encountered.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene "Paul" Gallo who died in 2009.

Bebe is survived by a son, Danny Gallo and his wife, Christine, of Nashotah, WI and a daughter, Cindy Fellows and her husband, Vern, of Lawrence Park. She is the sister of Aliene Bussard of Dayton, PA and Helen Allen of Distant, PA and the proud grandmother of Christopher (Whitney) Gallo, Gregory (Katie) Gallo, Justin Fellows, and Megan (Ryan) Buzzanca. Also surviving are her five great grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Private burial will be in Putneyville, PA. Funeral arrangements were made by the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, 16504.
