Condolence: Mr. Kenny was a great mentor, friend and fellow umpire. In every journey of my athletic life, he mentored and encouraged me. As a young coach, he attended a few of my clinics to give me pointers and encouragement. He had a great smile and was very witty. I enjoyed listening to the stories of the old softball days, I enjoyed watching him pitch at clinics and enjoyed hearing him have friendly disagreements with coaches, athletes and friends. He kept us on our toes. Of all the things I knew about him, it took me a while to learn why he was always so tan in the early spring umpire meetings. Ice fishing. He loved to ice fish from what I remember. I really respected Bob and hope his family finds peace in knowing how much of an impact he had on others lives.

Condolence: Bob,
Although I know you are in heaven now, saying goodbye is still hard. Not only were you a wonderful father-in-law but one of the finest men I had ever known.

Condolence: Bob, after twenty plus years I am really going to miss seeing you at my softball games in the summer. You were always one of my favorite umpires. You called a consistent plate and as a pitcher, you always had some great advice to offer me. Through high school, college, and even when I became a coach myself, I could always count on you to give me some encouragement. I'm glad I got to give you one last hug this past summer and hear you call me "young lady" one last time. You will certainly be missed!!

He could pitch like nobodies business, well now him, dad, Buzz and teddy trask almost have a team of their own they just needed a pitcher and Bob can now join them.
