Obituary for Patricia A. Weller (Stuczynski)
Patricia A. Stuczynski Weller, 74, a resident of St. Mary's Home East, passed away on Saturday January 14, 2017 following a brief illness. She was born in Erie on April 5, 1942 a daughter of the late Alois T. and Josephine Baniszewski Stuczynski.
Patricia was a 1960 graduate of Mercyhurst Preparatory School and worked as a loan officer with Widget Financial. She was a former member of St. Boniface Catholic Church where she was a Lector and Eucharistic Minister. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and a former member of the Cathedral Prep Band Boosters where she was instrumental in helping raise funds for the trip to Vienna in 1982.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Alois J. Stuczynski.
Survivors include one son, Joseph F. Wagner, SJ, of Ann Arbor, MI and many cousins and dear friends.
Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. and are invited to a Funeral Mass at Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.. Burial will follow in Mount of Olives Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to the USA Midwest Province of the Society of Jesus, 2050 N. Clark St., Chicago, IL, 60614.
