Obituary for Patricia Lee "Pat" O'Neill
Patricia Lee O’Neill “Pat”, 73, died on Friday, December 18, 2015 at the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Residence in Warren, PA after a long illness with cancer. She was born in Warren, PA to James M. O’Neill “Mike” and Phyllis M. Neel O’Neill who are deceased.
Pat was a registered nurse and a licensed clinical social worker. She worked in a variety of medical facilities and mental health agencies.
She is survived by many friends but especially Beverly Cisney and Georgi Rice.
Pat enjoyed her friends, traveling, reading, her cats and dogs, and gardening (dahlias). She shared flowers with many people.
Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc. 5000 Wattsburg Rd. Erie, PA 16504 on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the Memorial Service there at 11:00 AM with Dorothy Konyha officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated and may be made to, Emmaus Soup Kitchen, 218 East 11th St. Erie, PA 16503, Erie County Public Library, 160 East Front St. Erie, PA 16507 or Orphan Angels, 5439 West Lake Rd. Erie, PA 16505.
